Ricco Harbor

A huge harbor just on the other side of Route 7. Tens of boats are normally in the dock, but there's only one here now. The next gym that you're looking for is across the water, so maybe you can get the captain to take you? It's a pretty warm climate, compared to Route 7, but because it's a harbor, the only wild pokemon are Wingulls and Pelippers, but they rarely come down from the skies.
